Whats the number to where they tow your car

I wish I could give 0 stars this place is a rip off... after about 2 months my transmission was going out they put carpet down on the floor and I pulled up the carpet and it was a HUGE red stain and the parts in the car like the review mirror fell odf and my mileage was super high for 200 every two weeks and full coverage out of your mind PLEASE DON'T BUY A CAR FROM HERE I told them my transmission was going out he said I had to pay a thousand something to get it fixed etc.. no sir

This is a rip off establishment my car mileage indicator said one thing well had some issues took it to mechanic and the trip indicator had more miles than the odometer they push back the mileage but to stupid to reset the trip tracker to funny. They are huge RIP OFF people. They have employess who look like the just took a crack pipe or a meth needle out of their arms THUGS. DO NOT BUY FROM BMG. And Jesse is the biggest spinxter of them all.

Went in a bought a Pontiac g8 and less then two days later the check engine light came on took it to their shop and was told it was just the gas cap. Well is sure was not the gas cap this place is a joke do not buy a car from them you will regret it. We have called spoke to people told we would be called back and never was they have done nothing to try to make their customers happy and meet in the middle now I have to go pay for the dealership to fix my car so this will be the 5th time my car is in the shop in 3 weeks

I got a car from them 3 days later my compressor went out dey didnt wanna fix it later they fired the salesman for telling them wat was only right to fix the car.And dey hound me over $15

I agree that the cars are NOT worth the TROUBLE; so far they have tried to compromise with me yet it bad business for me to incur a debt when im already paying a debt; so far very polite but this is only the beginning...I'M THE RIGHT ONE TO DEAL WITH WHEN IT COMES TO MY MONEY

They over charged me 18 thousand dollars for a 07 dodge charger.....it's was not but I h ad to buy new tires plus a whole lot of other stuff I pay 500 a month 250 by weekly I told them I only had 200 they told me if I can't afford the car bring it back I had already put 4000 into the car.....they are rude and all about money....it makes me mad every time I have to pay them.....

This place is some crap, me and my husband brought a 2007 Saturn Outlook from them on February 22 and the same day the transmission went out!!! We have tried several times to get our money back but they refuse to give the money back nor will they fix it right!!! It has been in and out of there shop for over a month!! We were offered by the owner to trade out of the truck but they want more money outside of the 2700 that we gave them!!! Please stay away from this dealer!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH TO THIS FILTH. MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. SOLD ME A CAR WITH A BAD MOTOR. HAD CAR FOR 2 WEEKS AND WAS STRANDED ON I-20. I should have listened to friends that told me not to come here. As a recent divorced mom of 2 boys I could not afford a new car and I saw that they sell their cars soooo cheap. I went in to talk about a white civic that I had seen online but the sales man demanded that show him that I had enough money to pay a 4000 dollar down payment!!!!! I was so scared and upset at coming there that I left immediately. I looked at a few more places and could not find anything that was in my price range, so I went back and this time I was completely ignored. I was so upset that I tried to contact their owner Mr. Green and he just yelled at me and called me a "dead beat" b-word. I don't know where else to find a good car cheaply but I will NEVER associate with BMG ever again!!!

Bought a fairly new BMW had a few days oil leak they offered to get it n fix it now wants 3000 to get the car back!! Run FAR away!!!!!

They will not fix anything, even within purchasing the car in a few days.

I hate this place just got my car here a few weeks ago and i feel like i have made the biggest mistake of my life. I did get a wonderful car it is beautful BUT.... the check engine light has been on since i got it, the bluetooth does not work (THEY TOLD ME IT JUST HAD TO BE PROGRAMMED) i got the breaks checked and the machanic told me they have not been changed in a long time causing wearing to other parts of the vehical and will cost about $600 to fix....NOW TO THE PART THAT ACTUALLY MADE ME WRITE THIS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LMAO OR LACK THERE OF....we paid our deposit 2500 the day we drove off and a additional 500 the following week, were told our next payment would be $120, we were very happy about that because after those two payments we were going to be a little tight on money...well when my husband went in to pay they said that we owed $250 we had not budgeted for this because we thought everything would be fine WRONG... my husband paid 200 asked to wait for the 50 for a few days then called me to tell me what had happened... this is where everything gets worse I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED WHY THIS WAS CHANGED AND LET THEM KNOW I FELT CHEATED AND THIS WAS PUTTING US IN A BAD SITUATION I WAS THEN YELLED AT, TOLD I WAS MAKING THREATS WHEN I SAID I WILL NOT LONGER RECOMMEND ANYONE THERE, TOLD THAT I WAS UNGRATFUL AND HUNG UP ON....I CALLED BACK TO INFORM THEM THAT I DID NOT DESERVE TO BE HUNG UP ON AND HE TOLD ME YOU HAVE A GREAT CAR WHY ARE YOU COMPLAINING I PROCEEDED TO EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT THIS IS NOT THE ARRANGMENT WE MADE AND EVEN THOUGH I LOVE THE CAR IT IS BAD BUISNESS I TOLD HIM JUST BECAUSE I HAVE A GOOD LOOKING CAR (ACTUALLY DOSENT DRIVE AS GREAT AS I HAD HOPED CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS STILL ON) I SHOULD STILL BE ABLE TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE AND COMPLAIN IF NEEDED WITHOUT BEING SCREAMED AT AND HUNG UP ON....HE THEN BEGAN TO SCREAM AGAIN WOULD NOT LET ME TALK KEPT TELLING ME TO BE QUITE WHEN I TRIED TO SAY ANYTHING I TOLD HIM THIS IS CHILDISH AND NOT GOING ANYWHERE I WAS NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH HIM AND BE SCREAMED AT ON THE PHONE HE GOT LOUDER STARTED SCREAMING MORE AND I FINALLY HAD ENOUGH SO HAD TO HANG UP, I REALLY HOPE THAT THIS IS NOT THE WAY THESE PEOPLE DO BUISNESS BECAUSE I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM FOR THE NEXT 3YRS IF THEY CHANGE I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW BUT AS OF NOW THIS PLACE IS AWFUL
