Arrowhead Apartment Complex

The worst place to live. The management does talk with the maintenance guy n they only have one person for maintain n he bring his kids to work with him. The front desk lady doesn't have any customer service.The washing machines n dryers don't work n when they work the washers leak a lot of water n the dryers don't dry. When it is winter they have a sign in the halls that say use caution icy or slippery. They put that sign up so they r not responsible when u slip an fall n they r too cheap pay to put salt down n the snowplowers r late as hell. Bc I have slipped n fell in the winter n when I told them they said I can't sue.
