Mechanics are good

We had our car towed there by AAA.. AAA recommended them as we so not have a mechanic.. Their extended hours is a plus.. I called thinking I would leave a message.. I talked with a person.. However, if we DiDN'T call them.. There would have been no communication.. My wife called to check on the status only to find out.. Our car was actually ready the night before!!! They do offer a 10% AAA discount..

I brought My truck to PFM to do some preventative maintainance. They qouted me $300.00 to replace my turbo. I agreed and let them do the repair. When they called me to pick it up they told me that I really ought to get that oil leak fixed. (my truck had no leaks when I took it to them) It was a BAD leak and I had to fix it before I drove it anywhere. They charged an extra $600.00 to fix they oil leak that THEY caused. Then upon receiving the truck back and looking it over further I saw that they had also smashed my coolant resevoir ($381.27 just for the part). I did talk to John Neely and he refused to admit to any neglegance on their part and told me ''at least the resevoir isn't leaking''. In short; I took my truck in for a $300 upgrade and they caused $1200 in damage instead. But hey the turbo does work. They will never come within 500ft of my vehicles again

Poor Service

Have been to PFM several times and I never get called to let me know what is going on, when the car is ready, car not ready when promised, etc. And some cases I've asked for specific things to be looked at or done and they were not done. I don't know what kind of management they have there, but I won't be going back to them. I could go into detail about everything but the fact remains that the more they work on the car, the more things go wrong. i.e. lug nuts falling off, new noises that weren't there before taking the car to PFM... if you can at all go somewhere else, I recommend finding another place. Funny, they claim to have a 97% "fixed right the first time", I had the car in there for one problem in particular 3x only to find out that after the third time and $450, the car sounded worse. They offered to look at it a 4th time. Uhhh, no. Thanks. No value added service here that's for sure.
