When site size matters, Majestic Oaks is the place to stay in Zephyrhills. Our 252 grassy, full-hookup sites measure 40’x70’ and can accommodate most big rigs. A 55+ retirement community, Majestic Oaks features every convenience including an on-site laundry facility, a library, a fitness room and a clubhouse with a separate space for cards and billiards. Vacation Cottage rentals have one bedroom with a queen size bed, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 4 guests. These rentals come furnished and feature a modern open floor plan with amenities that include a private bathroom, heat and air conditioning, linens, stackable washer and dryer, flat screen TV, and Wifi to keep you connected. The kitchen provides full appliances, a toaster, coffee maker, cookware and dinnerware.
