The subs taste great but the customer service is AWFUL. I have never dealt with such rude phone service (every single time I call.) If you can handle the horrible service, you might enjoy the food.

Okay first let me start off by saying the employees are very rude. I ordered a sub waited 45 mins And they never showed. I called back and they said they were there and nobody answered (I was by the door never heard anyone knock) so this time decided to wait outside, sat on the porch a good 2 hours before calling back and was told they showed up twice and it was a prank and to quit calling from a private number and before I could speak was hung up on. Now I assure you nobody showed up at my house. Never recieved my food. Guess I'll order dominos they never disappoint ��������

Used to love their subs but now their rude workers put me off their food for good. I order a simple sub and tell them not what to add 3 times. They deliver and put on exactly what I said not to add. I call them back and they want to get ridiculously rude about it. You're in a customer business sweety, learn some respect, especially when no one was rude to you in the first place.
