I was very sick when I went here. Couldn't hardly breathe. They took me back immediately. Doctor came in quickly and recommended a breathing treatment, which helped. Then discussed what medicines he could prescribe. He faxed the prescriptions to my pharmacy. I was in and out in about an hour. Everyone was very helpful and concerned.

I was very dissatisfied today. I visited the local Urgent Care in Yulee FL. Seemed to be real nice. Cost me a $50.00 co pay with insurance. I have a very bad sore throat nasal drip. I cannot swallow. They prescribed a mouthwash that did not work. That cost me $65.00 because insurance did not cover.

I could not sleep due to the pain in my throat so I called back 3 times the next day for something for my throat. They said nothing they could do or prescribe. I begged for something to help the pain in my throat. They told me chloraseptic or ibuprofen. That was all they could do!!!!

Really!!! Why did I go to you guys for help to begin with. That was the best you could do...
Looks like another painful night after seeing a doctor.

Terrible experience at this location Dr. was so loud that my son started to cry tears and he would not listen to a word I had to say just kept talking and saying the same things over and over again. I do not recommend this place to any person and suggest the extra few miles to go to Amelia island.

First of all trying to make an appt on their website is enough stress. For some reason, when you enter your DOB you have to use "/" to separate the numbers. When I try doing this from my phone it either does not let me or deletes the last number! GET THAT FIXED ASAP! I've had 1 different phones and they both have done this! I finally get through that step and make my appointment. I wanted a confirmation email sent but when you check the box and click save&continue it just sits there! Then I drive all the way up there to find a note on the door saying that there closed and they will reopen the next business day at 8am. Are you freaking serious? Why let me make an appt to only find out that it's closed!

I was immediately greeted and checked in quickly. I was in and out within 30 minutes!
