Premier Plus Urgent Care

Very professional and was in and out quickly.

Truly horrendous patient support and professionalism.

My daughter went in for an ear infection last month and they gave her ear drops. I called last week to ask if there was any way we could get a refill, as there was just a tiny amount of drainage that could still be seen inside.

They put me on hold, then said “yes we’ll go ahead and send the prescription over, no problem.” I was ecstatic.

I went to the pharmacy after work around 645, and they had no RX for her. I called Premier and they said “yes, they decided she needs to be seen again since it has been a month.” They never called to tell me that… Nothing. Now they’re closing in 10 minutes. I said “man. Ok. Thank you”

I was desperate so we rushed to get there before they closed. We knew it would be quick in and out. I was only five minutes away, but got stuck in traffic so I called them. I said “Hi, I just talked to you about my daughter’s ear. We’re trying to get to you guys but GPS says it will be 7:02pm. Is there anyway someone can please just check her ear real quick, we’ll be SO FAST” and the girl who answers the phones said “Yeah, um, where are you again?” And I told her the intersection. She said “Yeah just go ahead and come, it’s no problem.” I was SO GRATEFUL. I said “oh my gosh thank you so much we are almost there” and hung up.

We pulled in at exactly 7:02pm. I was getting my kids out of the car and saw them unlock the door and let a guy out to his car. As we were walking up, I saw the lights turn off. She saw me so I stood in front of the door for about 30 seconds before knocking the first time.

Nothing.

I could see people walking around inside. I tried calling. They completely ignored me. One girl inside literally watched me until I left before she would go out to her car, like I was nuts? Lol I’ve never been so baffled.

Left a voicemail about this and never got a call back. We went to three others before we were seen. Just Kids Pediatrics for the win!

Our family has never had a very long wait time in the clean and professional office at Premier. Premier's medical staff are all outstanding and personable!

This was by far the best experience that I have had with an urgent care facility. The staff was very courteous, the facility was spotless, their triage plan was great coming to the car first to determine the situation (other urgent care said you had to come instead to get your COVID test first), it was $100 cheaper than Immediate Care and the Dr Wilson was super nice and friendly. I'm changing from Immediate Care to Premier Plus from now on. Super impressed today and excited I only have a sinus infection!

Super good they are amazing I needed a COVID 19 test with 13 cars in the parking lot and it took them 2 hours and the service was great to and at access medical center with 6 cars in the parking lot and it took me 5 hours before I left and went to Premier Plus Urgent Care

Based on a first impression only, I called to ask if they had any Covid testing available. I asked the receptionist if it was free (just so I wasn’t blindsided by a cost and actually had what I needed on me) and she laughed in my face and said, “of course it’s not free. It’s $100 PER TEST” I politely thanked her and got off the phone. I really didn’t mind the fact that she was giving me the info I was asking for it’s the fact that she laughed in my face. What a great person you have working your front desk. I’m sad that this was my first impression And first impressions are a very big deal to me.

I actually had a great in person experience on Saturday the 9th of November. The dr was so attentive and seemed to really care. However my INFANT became increasingly worse over the weekend and at our follow up visit with our regular dr, I was informed the medications prescribed by this clinic were not only NOT suitable for children, they cause severe rage and anxiety in children. My infant was not only caused to feel worse for 3 days but I trusted this clinic as a medical professional and paid for the service that caused my infant undue stress. He had hand foot and mouth and was given multiple steroids that are not suitable for children.

I’ve been here numerous times for my entire family. The facility is super clean and we hardly ever have to wait. We have gotten flu vaccines, boot for a broken foot and treatment for virus’. Highly recommend!

Very professional staff , great nurses . Dr.Wilson saw me within minutes. Diagnosed me with bronchitis gave me antibiotics and had me back on my feet in a few days . Will return again .
