I went in with my 2 yr old son and 10 m daughter. We went to the ribbons section and my son reached out to touch a green thread. As soon as he did the worker walked over and pulled his hand away. I was offended because instead of asking me as his mother to tell him no, she took it upon herself. As a mother of 4 children I understand that not everyone handles their children appropriately, but as a customer I expect a little bit more respect. When I told the lady that my son has issues with his sight and touches things to see, she said "Well, how were we supposed to know he has problems like that?" If you know anyone with any kind of handicap, you understand why calling it a "problem" is an issue. I tried to explain my being upset with her, but she continued to argue, I think I got 2 sentences the entire time. So finally I gave up and am heading down the hill.‎

There is always excellent customer service. Prices are pretty cheap and they offer a wide variety of fabric choices. They not only offer fabrics, but also sell unique clothing and jewelry. They do excellent business which shows in the fact that they have expanded so much. If they don't what you want, they will always try to take a special order. I love this unique store which gives me a wonderful shopping experience.
