I really enjoy coming here. The staff members were friendly. The owner really took the time to groom my two dogs. Prices are amazing for the quality of service they provide. 5 stars for putting up with my dogs. I am very happy with how my dogs turned out. I will definitely keep coming back. Once you walk into this place you can feel that the workers love their job and love animals. I feel like I can trust them and that is rare

I absolutely love Lisa and her staff! My 12 year old toy poodle is always excited to go and always looks great, and he smells amazing until his next bath. The prices are very reasonable and I love that its by appointment. My little old man only spends a couple hours there vs half of the day at others. I have taken him to 3 other groomers up here and either he seemed stressed, I felt the groomer was aggressive, or services fell subpar. Lisa personally grooms my dog and she is so sweet and calm, and not to mention, knowledgeable. I completely trust Lisa - highly recommend!

This is my business and feel I need to clear this awful review. I had told this lady 2 to 3 hrs. This dog I have never done before a cocker was hard to do, pulling, constant moving around. I was afraid I might accidentally hurt the dog. So I took my time trying to calm the dog telling him it was ok. After 2 hrs, owner called me and asked "is my dog done", I told her no not yet. She yelled in the phone at me "I don't want to hear any excuses from you he should have been done". I stayed calm and told her about his behavior but she was not having it. She continued to yell at me. I hung up. I don't deserve or have to put up with negative mean people, when I was calm and trying to explain the problem. An hour later I call her to come get her dog. He was done, she didn't show for another 45 mins. When she came in she asked who hung up on her and I said I did because you were rude. She told me I was rude. Trying to stay calm I told her please don't come back. Those who personally know me know I am not a mean person. I love dogs, animals, and people, but I will not and do not and won't tolerate mean rude people. I strive for a stress free enviroment. Your dogs or cats and you should have a good experience here at my shop.

Horrible, stressful experience. Never again. The owner made it very clear that she doesn't need new business. Pride goeth before a fall and I have a feeling this business will, one day, fall hard because of the owner's treatment of humans. Too bad she's so dense that she can't seem to grasp the fact that dogs belong to humans and it's humans that allows her to even have a business. What's even sadder is the fact that on her business phone recording, she has the audacity to say "God Bless you" at the end of the recording, when clearly she has no kindness in her heart for people. I will be fair, though, and concede that she groomed my Cocker Spaniel well, but, that doesn't mean a tbing because of her nastiness. I was honestly worried she would harm my dog because of her anger. Not a good feeling and my dog picked up on her behavior and my worry.

Best Groomers Ever. They Groomed My Mini Australia Shepherd Max & HE USED TO BE A Handful, BUT THE GIRLS THEIR WORKED WITH HIM SO MUCH & SHOWED HIM LOTS OF LOVE THAT MAX BECAME PUTTY IN THEIR HANDS & GOT SO USED TO THEM, HE WOULD LET THEM DO WHATEVER THEY WANT TO TO HIM. MAX ENJOYED HIS TRIP TO THE GROOMERS, & IT WAS BCUZ OF THE GIRLS SHOWING HOW MUCH THEY LOVE THEIR WORK & LOVE ANIMALS & HOW MUCH THEY CARE TO WORK WITH MY MAX & I LOVE THEM FOR THAT.

i had a appointment for my two dogs and they didn't get groomed. i'm from 29 palms and called and made an apt. about a week before. they gave me hardly any information as to what they would do or how long it would take. after driving 45 minutes i arrived with dogs in tow and as i walked in the door there's a sign that said "no checks or credit, CASH only" this would have been nice to know before i drove all the way to yucca valley and back with dirty ungroomed dogs.
