ASAP Pumping

We recently had ASAP in YUCCA VALLEY (Dec 2010)service our septic tank. My family wasnt available while they serviced the tankt so we paid in full and left to our appointment. When we came back they were done and gone with completing the task. Today in yucca we have been having heavy rain, so our flower bed that normally floods a little was empty.....we didnt know why but yesterday we werent able to shower, do dishes, wash clothes or flush the toilet because the water was backing up into our house...The rain water has been filling up our tank for the past two month since the ASAP TECH didnt replace the vavle cap in our flower bed to the septic tank. When i called them this morning they said they could come out but had to charge us FULL RATE..and I explained we never had a problem for the past four years that we lived here. They offered 10% off the total cost, it was their mistake, their at fault i wish they would correct it..i wish it was QUARANTEED.
