This owner has his contractor’s license #. advertised but his license is suspended for having no bond! Last winter, he installed a new thermostat that operated the heating. However, this May, 2013 my air conditioner wouldn’t come on, I called him to fix it! Immediately, he started sending my calls straight to voice mail only taking them if I blocked my caller I.D! When he finally came out he stated the problem was that my house’s wiring was bad!. His solution was to run new wiring “Below the line of site” and that “It wouldn’t show at all” Again my calls were declined and the rare times I got through he would say each day that he would be here the next morning but never came or called me! There were several days when the temperature was 102 + degrees and I had no A/C! He finally came, and did the rewiring. My heart sank when I saw that he ran black wiring on my white walls and put extra holes in the walls and my in my linen closet that he promised to fill. He was unable to get my A/C to work and promised to come back. Instead he declined my phone calls and ignored my texts! The few times he answered he would promise to come and sometimes saying he was on his way and then I wouldn’t hear from him again! He never got my a/c running correctly though I paid him in full! I had to pay another A/C. Co. to be able to use my air conditing! I would rate this business with Zero Stars but the format won't allow it!
