Exclusive Auto

Do not. I repeat do not take your cars to Exclusive Auto. I basically paid this place to destroy my car. Then had to pay a professional auto shop to fix the damages this place caused. My car was a BWM and Walter also was the technician. Agaon, just save your money and time, take your cars some where else.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE BY ANY MEANS!!! OWNER IS A LIAR AND A CHEAT!!! I took my car to the shop for a pre-sale inspection and peace of mind for the person that was buying it. Car is a 2006 BMW 530i. I arrived at 8:15 and was quoted an hour to and hour and a half max, so agreed t to do it and wait. It took them over 2.5 hours to even get to the car. The mechanic that was doing the inspection was Walter. Walter takes my car for a test drive up the block to make sure that it isrunning properly I guess. I watch him pull out of the driveway and proceed to floor the car and hotrod the car up up the street. Then I watch him slam on the brakes and do a uturn in the middle of the street.. Floor the car again and attempt to brake to pull into their driveway. The driveway is at a 90 degree turn from the street and goes up a hill---on both sides of the driveway are dirt burms. He waits until last minute to brake and again slmas on the brakes and hits the dirt burm. I run out and scream at him. The owner comes out and tells me that he will take care of it. Tells Walter something and he takes the car behind the shop and out of site and proceeds to hose the front off. Long story short, I was mortified. The car had a few pounds of dirt up inside the valance. Scraps and deep gouges in to the bottom of the bumper. I was told again by the owner (SIngh I believe is his name) that he would take care of it. I wait another hour and a half (4 hours total) and get the car back in a lot worse of shape then when I bring it in, Keep in mind that I was there just for a pre-sale inspection. I have owned many cars in my years--from Prorsches to Lexus and everything in-between. I have had many dealings withe Dealerships and Local Mechanic shops----I HAVE NEVER had such a terrible experience.....EVER!!! As I leave I again ask the owner how he is going to take care of this---he tells me I can go to the local car wash and they can try to buff it out. These are gouges and deep scratches!!!! I proceeded to take the car to Ben Clymers Bodyshop just to get and estimate on the damage that Walter and Exclusive Auto caused to my car-----$945!!! A little more damage then a car wash buffing it out!! I would steer clear of this place at all costs.

If you are looking for a GREAT place to take your car, look no further!! Honest and friendly! They saved me a ton of money.

Excellent staff and service. These guys pull all the stops and leave you feeling that all is well with your vehicle after service. I appreciated the shuttle service and the continental breakfast particularly because I am from out of town. As for the price, I prefer to have things fixed the FIRST time as opposed to "going cheap" and having the job re-done. Hats off to EXCLUSIVE AUTO! Great team, great service. I was just in with my friend a few days ago. Like she said they were so honest and yes the minivan that was being given away by them to the family was just so very cool. (I ask you-who does anything like that? ONLY VERY COOL PEOPLE) There is a woman service writer that was extremely nice to talk to. It made me feel very comfortable. My car was ready to go several hours earlier than they thought and it was completely washed! It works perfect and they even called me a couple of days later just to make sure everything was good. The reason I wanted to post a review was all of this stuff, but when I recieved a hand written thank you note a week later-I just had to speak out. THANK YOU GUYS and GIRL!

This place was awesome. I found them because of an article that was in the newspaper about them giving away a car to a family that was hurting really bad. That just doesn't happen very much now days. I thought they were incredible to work with, VERY HONEST!!! The world needs more people like them.

I wanted to type a note to express how wonderful these people were to me. Being a single woman, I always think about the stories of getting stung. I had moved to Redlands from The South Bay area about 8 months ago. I even went back to my car place twice since I had moved, just because I felt haunted. Well here's the story; my car started making a scary/weird noise (I know very technical-right). Of course it was pouring like a waterfall outside and I had to be in Palm Springs in 4 hours (now you're thinking, get the violins out), but it was a very important deal and my car was packed full of stuff I needed. I called Exclusive and unloaded my sorrows to Jim. He listened very carefully and without hesitating told me to come right in. I got there and they seemed super busy, so I was a little worried about my time. However a nice guy, Jason greeted me when I walked in and already knew what was going on with my time. They figured it out and told me what I needed super quick, (a bearing for my front wheel-just in case you were wondering). Here's what's really cool, the place where the part was coming from was not going to bring it till the next morning, so Jason got someone there to go to Riverside to pick it up for me. Long story short, I made it to Palm Springs in time!!! I love this place!!!

My friend told me about them and I checked them out on the Better Business Bureau. They had the top rating, so I went in. Very friendly (and super clean)-I thought that was extremely differant for a car repair place. It was great, everything was too cool. I really liked the Christmas music and donut while I hung out and waited for my friend to get me.

I had to rate it, because it's hard to find a good mechanic. I heard from numerous people that this was a good place. It is!!! You will never find a cleaner shop anywhere. Very well run.

Just wanted to write and say thank you very, very much!!! Listen up world, there are tons of auto repair places out there and it's scary to try a new one, but I will just tell you this place is great. The shop is like a doctor's office-even the mechanics wear white. It was the most professional place I've seen other than a new car dealer, but I think I know how everybody feels about those guys. You have won me over Exclusive-Bravo.

Having resently moved into the area, I was looking for a place to have my car serviced. I drove past Exclusive Auto several times and their facility looked good from the outside, so it stimulated my interest. I checked the Yellow pages for ratings and read the review above. I was hesitant to go in after that but decided to find out for myself. My experience was much different.I've never had such an enjoyable experience having a car serviced. They were honest, timely,professional, they gave me a ride home after I had coffee and donuts,They have a glass wall in the waiting room so I could watch the technition if I chose. I do agree they are not the cheepest shop in town,but my experience has been a cheep price always buys cheep work. Their follow-up was 2 days later. Very helpful and appreciated. Most repair shops don't do a follow - up. My first visit and all visits have been great. I will never go anywhere else.
