I go in all the time. I wish they had a bigger equine selection but they are very competitive in pricing. Everyone is helpful and i did buy something that was defective and had no problems getting my money back.

These guys need to police their "reviews". The other "two" reviews are the exact same review twice, under two different names. Not to say the other guy wasn't being truthful, but my buddies and I have never had a problem. We've always found good prices on good products, and helpful people at the store.



I'd have to admit I can't personally comment on how they treat you with complaints of defective merchandise, as all the stuff we bought there was fine.

I purchased a Chain Saw, Brush Cutter from Tractor Supply along with an extended warrantee for $420. Both products were broken and never worked. It took 3 weeks to fix the chain saw and 5 weeks just to get authorization for the repair on the brush cutter and it is still in the shop. The sales person lied to me about the warrantee I paid $50.00 for and refused to allow me to discuss this problem with a manager. I will never shop there again.
