This is the only place I would ever leave my dog. The are kind and knowledgeable. They do keep to a schedule so that the dogs get the care they need. This has never been a problem for me in all of the many years I have trusted them with Dakota.

They have very restrictive pick up and drop off times. That means they don't feel comfortable with you seeing what is going on. I boarded my dog with them, because I heard good things. Cyndi actually got mad at me because I left a message asking if anyone was there and if I could come by and see my dogs. She didn't take the call - so it is not like it interupted anything for her. The next day, I picked up my dogs she was mad and acted insulted that I would call her and dare question her. Bottom line if you are dealing with a care giver of any sort and they won't let you drop in or don't want to answer questions and even become hostile toward you - it's a bad sign.
