        Think twice about it

        Last Saturday while we were shopping at he mall, I decided to take my 2 children to Sears to get a hair cut. Just a simple trim. The service we received (or should I say failed to receive) was awful. They were not busy at all. There were two older ladies in the salon-I thought to myself, good these ladies probably have years of experience and will be wonderful with my children. Boy was I ever wrong!! They were rude to me, didn't speak to my older daughter and my youngest child was a bit frightened and they didn't even try to calm her. When I asked if they had experience with children or if I should go elsewhere or wait until someone else was available--they were very short tempered and assured me they do children all the time. Well, both of my daughters have EXTREMELY crooked bangs, I actually had to have the one lady who cut my oldest daughters hair comb through it twice because the tangles were HORRIBLE, and after both comb throughs I still see uneven pieces. I did not ask them to shampoo their hair, they took them back to the shampoo room and did it on their own--Then I was charged extra for it. My children had washed their hir the night before and really didn't need it repeated. Then I was charged for a blow dry. It was awful. I will never be back and I'm in the process of getting my money back. My advice is not to bother with Sears Hair Salon, it's not worth it.
