the most unprofessional place i have ever been i made repeated calls and was told they would get back to me then they would not have the decency to al least return my calls i lost my daughter and that pain was not helped at all by the austintown office these people make a lot of money when a person seeks help for mental pain the last thing they need is the kind of run-a-round i received

This place is a joke and they should be closed down. Their ethics are very low.

I took my son there. He has schizophrenia, which he was diagnosis with over 10 years ago. They said they could handle him. After a few months they closed his case for no reason. His bills were paid and he didn't miss his appointments. Natalie Kozicky just decided she didn't want to treat him and Deirdre Adduci backed her up saying she didn't have to if she didn't want to. Deirdre also told me over the phone about their office, and this is a quote, "not qualified to treat him". If they are not qualified then why do they advertise they treat people with schizophrenia?

The worst part is now he has no meds. They refuse to give him his shot and told me to find another agency. That takes weeks if not months to go though all the steps to get into another agency. Psycare said to put him in a home but the home the recommended will not take him unless he is on his shots. So now he is off his meds, Psycare doesn't care and he can't get into the home. One star is too many for Psycare in Austintown and these two so called professional.
