Wendy's

This store does not know how to get an order correct. We used to go there every Friday night. But when they started messing up our order every week, we stopped. We would go through the drive-thru and usually have to end up going inside anyway because the order was wrong. We talked to management and complained, but after giving it another try it hasn't changed. We have stopped going for several weeks. Then we think we'll give it another chance, but nothing every changes. I think it keeps getting worse instead of better. I can see mistakes happen every now and then, but it got to the point it was every week. Every week we would have to check the order before we left the store. I don't think this is a good way to run a business.
