Regal Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

First purchased hot water heater from Regal in 2014. Then in 2017 hot water heater purchased and installed by Regal leaked all over my basement ruined my carpet. Had paperwork that showed warranty coverage. So I called into Regal, it took them 14 hours to return my phone call. They came out and came to the conclusion that I needed a replacement hot water heater. They never discussed any prices with me so I assumed the warranty covered it completely. Come to find out I was wrong. They stuck the bill in my ex-boyfriends name and now 7 months later I owe them almost $800 dollars. I will pay what I owe because it is the right thing to do, but Regal should educate there techs to let people know when there is a charge because it's the right thing to do. The tech had no interest in keeping me updated on charges. I guess they figure it isn't their problem because they don't get held accountable. And the office staff will just bully you and make you feel as though it was your fault they didn't explain the warranty didn't cover it.
I will never recommend Regal Plumbing and Heating.

Do not call them if you want to receive good service. Service calls were taken by an individual who wanted way more personal info than was necessary. Service was performed with no consultation or estimates of expected costs. Billing has no detailed information or breakdown. Payment is expected at time of service no matter what the charge. Charges seemed extraordinarily high. Called to get answers. They took message and then never called back. Very unhappy with overall experience.

We hired Regal to install a new AC unit and coil. The job took over three weeks to complete. The had to remove our humidifer to install the coil and then could not fiqure out how to rewire the unit. They want to charge us to come back and try to rewire the humidifer. Overall poor cusmtomer service. They also tried to overbill us for their service.
