A couple of years ago one of our vehicles was involved in an accident. Pritz did the body work and restored it to the original condition. Recently an issue came up with the paint job and contacted them about it. Brad Pritz told me to bring it over to let him see it. He said without question, they'd 'make it mint' - no charge! There was no hassle, nothing like it's been two years, etc - just problem solved, free! They restored the paint to its pristine condition, but what I really appreciated is how Brad handled this. That's how to take care of a customer!

These guys act as both insurance adjuster and body shop. They take out anyone that might actually stand up for you.

This place estimated to repair the damage on my car and ignored all damage under the outer skin. The comment was made to my insurance company that it was not driveable that way, but they believed it was that way before the accident.



YES!! WE ALL DRIVE CARS BLOWING STEAM OUT OF THE HEADLIGHT!!!



I pulled the repair from them, what would they have put back on the road with a cosmetic fix if I hadn't.
