If it were acceptable to give a rating of less than one star, that is what Cherry Lane Realty would receive. After submitting an online application, I received a call from Charlotte with Cherry Lane Realty. Her petulance was evident from her initial introduction and her resentment toward me and my fiancé became increasingly palpable as our conversation progressed. Exact details aside, it is clear that building positive client relationship, effectively listening, communicating and business etiquette are of little to no concern to the outright rude personnel staffing this agency. Needless to say, we will not be going through Cherry Lane Realty now or in the future and I strongly urge anyone, Lessor or Lessee, to save yourself from the headache and insult of dealing with such an unprofessional company.

Charlotte is extremely disrespectful. They take forever to fix things and if they do fix it Its done half way as if they workers are drug addicted. There homes are falling apart and infested with roaches and mice. I have rented from them at two different occasions and regret it completely. I will never rent from them again or refer any rents or home owners to them.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I've only been living at the place I have been now for a few months and my fiancee and I dont like it at all. So I called up Cherry Lane Realty Inc to set up a date to look at a place, they asked for all of this unnecessary information, and the secretary said that I had to wait until the next day to speak to the manager. I called today and as soon as the manager picked up the phone she said "what makes you think that you could break your lease with out paying a fee" .. umm excuse me?? I did not even get a hello or my name is.. nothing! Just completely rude! I am well aware what I would have to do if I wanted to break a lease. I told her that she was being completely rude and she apologized and just kept saying that it was policy, everything was policy. She also that I am going to have to pay two full months rent!! I JUST WANT TO LOOK AT THE PLACE!! SHE THEN HAD THE NERVE TO SAY THAT SHE WAS NOT GOING TO RENT TO ME AND HUNG UP. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OF DAY!!!!!! I am so glad I got to see the true colors of this company instead of moving in and being miserable.

HORRIBLE! steer clear of this place unless you want to live in a dump and get blamed for everything the a previous tenant did.

Very rude staff too, you will get no where by calling them.
