Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Since the very moment I got in they were very helpful, they greeted me with an smile and I have my money cash and not enough funds to cover in my bank account so they offer me to ride me to the bank to make a deposit for me that was really kind and helpful because I was in a rush to get to work, I'm really thankful with all the help and the promptness I was provided. Job well done.

I have rented from Enterprise in South Yonkers a few times now and every time has been an excellent experience. Everyone is extremely professional with fantastic customer service. The cars I have rented were all in great shape and looked brand new. I would also like to say that Albert Pena was an absolute delight to work with and I know they value me as a customer and went out of their way to make the entire experience seamless. I would not go anywhere else when needing to rent a car.

We return year after year to this friendly Enterprise dealer in South Yonkers. The prices are reasonable, the service great and they even take us home when we return the vehicle. They treat us like family and even gave me donuts on my birthday when we were last there. We have no reason to go anywhere else!

I was given a slightly dirty car in which I didn't care about because my car was in the auto body. I was greeted very kindly from the General Manager who was on the phone and trying assist me when I came in. He than turned it over to his assistant manager Patrick, who I must say must of left his customer service skills home. I tole Patrick I was in the system from insurance company. He question me for a bit but being hesitant in looking me up. His facial expressions told it all with out words. As I expected everything was there in which Patrick was relieved because I assume he didn't want to call the insurance company. He upgraded me to a bigger car slightly dirty but I didn't care ut was only being used to go to and from work.

I signed his contract in which was written in but not verbally told to me there's a no smoking in this car. I know from rental companies it would be posted. This vehicle had no signs or Mr Patrick didn't explain it.

Here's my dispute. The day of my check out Mr. PATRICK TELLS ME THAT CAR HAS ash spots on the outside door. Yes outside door. The car had some dirt spots between the door and seat that appears to be ash. I asked him does the car smell like smoke and he replied no but he has to charge me $100 detail charge because of the 2 things he spotted. Really ash on the outside of the door and common dirt between the door. Again no smoke smell at all. So I asked Mr. PATRICK ABOUT MY GAS that I left and needed a credit since he wants to be petty. There's no policy for that. I suggest if you use enterprise be very careful on your return and do not us Mc lean ave in yonkers. Go to mt. Vernon or tuchange rd if you must use this rental place
