i have bben with this company for over 18 months,making my payment,lost my job and was still paying every month but late ,every month i was harass about payment ,even they know i was not working,got a job and had to wait 2 weeks for my first check,i was one month behind payment and my car was repo at my job,all my personal stuff and the car without warning even doe i let them know my issue,am calling them to make payment to get back my car,and they gaving me the run around,i never deal with them again or recomend any body to them ,a very bad company,stay away

Worst mistake I ever made payed payment on time for 1 1/2yrs then car was totaled tried to make arrangements for balance but was talked to like a four footed dog they were rude nasty threatening I was all prepared to give them their money but.....run as fast as u can when u hear that name!!!!!!!

I've been with this company just over a year and never really had a problem with them. i never made contact with them just send in a check every month. Until i when on vacation for a few weeks and came back to find out the have been calling my work place every day sometimes multiple times a day, my house phone was filled with harassing voicemails and when I called then they were days alway from selling account to a debt collecting agency.

The point is these are not the type of people you should do business with, the are awful, unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and they will damage your credit the moment you slip.

I've been threatened, harassed at my job so many times to the point where my manager even said they were going to help me file harassment charges. These people are rude and unprofessional and their fees just to send in your payment are ridiculous. I've had a few different financed cars from different companies and this company is BY FAR THE WORST I have dealt with thus far. Don't get your loan from them!!!

I came across this site a few months after I started my loan with Dependable. I dealt with Christina, Claudia, and Charles during the loan. At no time were any of them DISRESPECTFUL. If my payment was due did they call? Yes. Did they demand to know when payment was going to be made? Yes. A few times they made statements that made me a little uncomfortable but at the end of the day, If my payment was due, I was in the wrong so I made it my responsibility to make good on my promise and if I couldn't I called and let them know why and they were good with it.Not in a happy, cheery kind of way, in a "o.k. we look forward to it" business kind of way. I agreed to the terms of the contract so had no reason to complain about my interest rate or the high late fees. When you are behind on payments you are stressed because you have some degree of financial issues. This is not their fault and it is a good practice NOT to vent on them since their company gave you the privilege to make your purchase. Vent where or why your money is coming up short and/or slow. Blame yourself if you spent the payment somewhere else. If you think their practices are not right ask a Professional. If there is an issue a professional will gladly pick up your case. If you don't like their customer service AFTER making good on your end of the deal, simply don't use them in the future. That said, when I need another loan, I absolutely will consider them as my lender.

I hear all the complaints about how bad this company is. I'd be willing to bet my last dollar that none of you felt that way when you were approved for that car you drove away in. It seems that all of you have one thing in common YOU STOPPED PAYING YOUR CAR MOTE. What did you expect. There were times when they got a payment a few days late from me, but I'd expect to get a call from someone I owe money to. If you don't pay your car note expect the unexpected.

this is the worst place to get credit from, they called my job every month, i paid my payment every month. my car got totaled so i';m glad i'm out of that loan the worst place ever. i would recommend if u have this for ur loan u better get out. never again............((((((((((((.

Dependable Credit Corp. is the most horrible company we've ever dealt with!! Staff/employees are rude,unfair and unprofessional! My husband has been harassed time after time even for just being a day pass due. Our car even got repo for being pass due 3 and a half weeks, and they did it without WARNING! Ive been dealing with this company a little over a year and its been total HELL dealing with this company. Theres been times we have told them we are going to make a payment the next ,we hang up and a few hours later they are harassing us again. We have made payments and have also been harassed right after for the following month which wasnt even due !!! I rate them an F . And I only gave them a 1 star because I had to in order to post this rating but in reality they get NO STARS FROM US. STAY AWAY from this horrible company!

hi i am too a customer of dependable credit and i am going through hell with them..i was curious is they have ever threatened you with repossesion and whether or not they actually went through with the threat and repossessed your car..and if they did how long after the threat did it actually take them to repossess the car..i sent my payment out today but amd overdue and i am afraid they will come get my car...i was told that they have tracking devices built into the carsas well..have you heard about that too??

This company practices unfair debt collection. They do not abide by the laws that have been put in place by the government to protect consumers. Cristina the manager makes threats that she can not legally follow through on. I have been with this company for too long. I have made several complaints about them already. I would advise anyone to find another company.
