Broadway Car Wash

This is the worst car wash ever!!! It quit during the wash after it covered my black car with multicolored soap and I had to leave to go to another car wash!!!! Also it charged my card twice for the wash!! I ENDED UP PAYING 20 DOLLARS FOR A CAR WASH I DIDN'T GET!!! I tried to contact someone about this and the only phone number it listed turned out to be a fax machine!!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
