Lost my husbands shirt the first time we brought clothes there. It took 4 weeks worth of phone calls and texts (me having to get involved)

to get any resolution whatsoever. The owner did not respond when she said she would, never offered a refund of the shirt. Charged us for the dry cleaning of the shirt she lost!!

After 3 1/2 weeks she offered me a credit to her establishment for a "credit for today's value"

All we wanted was to replace the shirt, not a credit for a place that lost something the first time we frequented there.

When I finally went into the establishment today, she was defensive, passive aggressive, twisted the situation around. And did not want to give us anything but a credit in fear "we wouldn't give her business"

I am appalled by her business ethics, and the way she treated us. She said "you think you are the only customer I have?" "I've never lost anything in two years before now".

You would think if this was the first thing she lost in two years that she would have made it a priority to remedy the situation. Not dodge my husbands calls, not get back to him when she said she would, and make us chase her for weeks to get a resolution.

Not to mention, after I left the store, she text me with passive aggressive attitude.
