Very rude"owner". I believe he is the owner anyway because if an employee acted like this man, I would assume he would be fired. Twice I was treated with rudeness and verbal roughness over lotto. I believe if you don't like to deal with the "scratchy glitter" that gets on your counter or the free plays that takes you a total of 2 minutes to enter then DONT SELL LOTTO! at your store. And sorry if while you were so busy watching TV and had 0 other customers waiting that I unconvinced you! Also, you might want to look into your obligations as a retail store and its requirements to the customers if you sell lotto. Twice insulted and last time your store will service me and my friends and family. Poorest customer service I have ever experienced in my hometown.
