Brummels Home Furnishings

We recently had carpet installed by Brummel's and they did an excellent job. the installer's name was Jess and he took the time to insure all went well.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Almost immediately, my carpet began to lift and bunch. I called them to fix it and they did try to come and fix it once. The problem is that the installer laid it completely incorrectly- corners are missing carpet chunks, etc. It is the worst carpet job I have ever seen. Did not even last me two years.

I have been buying my major appliances from Brummels for 20 years. They have steered us away from bad products, and overpriced models andstood behind everything they have sold me.

We purchased a large appliance and had it delivered. One of the advertised perks is free delivery. I believe you get what you pay for. The delivery was absolutely the worst experience we have ever had. Upon calling the company, we were given excuses and were totally blown off. Will not do business here again.
