Henry Ford Wyandotte Orthopedic Specialist

Was told to show up 30min early to fill out paperwork. Already had paperwork done, but showed up early anyway only to arrive at the desk and be ignored for well over 3 minutes while the two receptionist continued their conversation. Then I sat for almost 1 hour without an acknowledgment. Finally left. I will take my business to amore professional specialist.

I was very unhappy with the level of patient care I received. My PT would often leave me to do my exercises unsupervised. At times she would disappear and other times she would be with other patients...not at all what my insurance was paying for. In the end, despite my lack of progress, she discharged me over the phone. Not sure why she didn't discharge me in person since I had seen her 4 hours earlier. Come to find out from my doctor that she had left him a message stating "I had met my potential". It would have been nice of her to tell me that. My doctor advised me to seek a different therapist. I did and lets just say that I was nowhere near my potential with her.
