Her vegetarian and seafood-centric cuisine reflects influences from California, Mexico, Asia and the Mediterranean. Specialties such as Day Boat Seared Scallops, Goat Cheese Salad with Carolina Apples, and unique twists on the Fresh Daily Catch are artful and inspired.
