There is so many false statements in this one complaint its hard to decide where to start. #1 - The scooter in question comes 95% assembled. We have to install the front wheel, mirrors, and battery. We also have to get the bike running and make sure it runs like it should. I'm 100% sure none of what we assembled failed. #2 - The Certificate of Origin was misprinted from the manufacturer. It was an over sight which we had fixed the very next day after it was brought to our attention (at our cost). #3 - The scooter passed a Massachusetts state motorcycle safety inspection by a licensed inspector before it left our facility, but since it was not registered we were not legally able to put a sticker on the scooter. After driving it for over 7 days they claim it wouldn't pass because of a rear turn signal bulb that blew out. (a common bulb found at any auto parts store). This is after the son of the woman who wrote the complaint, made sure everything was working the day we delivered the scooter 60+ miles to their apartment (at our expense). #4 - The only threats originated from the complainant, to ruin our reputation. She has taken the slander to the scooter manufacturer and online reviews such as here. #5 - We admitted we missed the misprint on the MSO when we transferred the paperwork, and we promised we would fix it as soon as possible. We had the new MSO printed and overnighted, and delivered the scooter for free for a mistake we didn't make. We repeatedly apologize as she was cursing us out and threatening us with lawsuits. #6 - They bought the scooter from us because we were able to get them the best deal. Her son told us we beat the best deal by a few hundred dollars for the same scooter over our competition. I'm honestly not sure why they are so bitter... They have gotten some free products from the manufacturer for the hassle.They continue to slander us even after the manufacturer took full responsibility for the screw up. -FMS
