The office is dirty; full of cat hair and smell. The furniture in the conference room is shredded (assuming by the cat and not unhappy clients). While I like cats I don't believe they should roam freely around a place of business, on conference tables putting their butt in the clients face.
During a discussion where we were asking questions, Ms Wagers interrupted several times and would not allow us to ask a question. When called out on this she stood and demanded we leave her office. Asked for copies of information in the file and was rudely told 'you have everything you need' and asked to leave again.
Now I know why it was recommended by the judicial commission that she be placed on a performance plan for below average scores. The commission did the right thing.
She has no people skills. Don't see this attorney if you want someone who will listen to your needs and not force her opinions on the elderly.
