Horrible insurance company and more horrible customer service 9 days trying to get commercial insurance I dropped off my information there in front desk she said we call you no one returned my call and each time I’m calling the guy will call you back doesn’t deserve any star scam insurance be careful every one

Scam Insurance, stay away, i insured my vehicle with them, I was hit in the back, my car was total damage, when I called my agent I found that I had no active insurance policy, in spite of my policy was paid in full, the agent he kept the money in his pocket, if something happened he create a policy that is active 24 before the accident date, I will take the agent to court.

This company doesn't deserve any type of star. I spoke with one of their employee Liz, to get the number for the claims department, she would not give me the phone number and told me do not calling anymore
