Reliamed Transportation

I noticed the nicer I am to this company(and even though it was always something.
-we are going to be late, and/or late again
-i would get a call that the guy after me is complaining and because of that , this company would rush and do things for those that complained no matter what. It is not worth having this company if your a half decent person. The Secretarys are the worst I have ever dealt with. Talk about a company that is on a steady decline. There is no real boss, the secretaries that have broken English feel entitled and the owner blames the drivers. I remember requesting this company not realizing that because I never called MART for their screw ups, that meant they can keep screwing up. Also another good one, some mornings i would call and the secretary would say I was not on the list and its my problem , come to find out they didn't download the right portalnor whatever excuse it was. Oh the next day, same thing. No wonder I hear people saying to STAY away from that company. He is lucky he hired someine whose polite and the clients like, but still the owner lets the secretaries run a muck, and he doesnt know how sneaky this new lady is. More will be revealed. It could be worse tho even though tied for last place with Donahue , a cab would cost money, but remember, Reliamed is not for clients with any decency, the owner is clue less as to what goes on, and his own secretary is sabataging the company. Take it from me, years and years of this, they are the worst company I ever had to deal with! Scale of 1 to 10, dial 0 for the operator. Thanks.
