Flooring America

The carpet job was poorly done. They diminished my concerns and it took having to argue for them to send someone. The gentleman who came to fix the issues was not the original installer and he even commented that they did a terrible job. He did what he could but he said he couldn't make the problem area much better. Months later, I still have no final resolution. I have no doubt down the road, this carpet job will need additional fixing. I would NEVER use Flooring America again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
