General Info

Community Healthlink is one of the leading mental health centers in the United States. Formerly known as Worcester Area Community Mental Health Center, it has been operational for more than 40 years. Located in Worcester, Mass., the center is member of the UMass Memorial Behavioral Health System. A community-based organization, it provides a wide variety of mental health, substance abuse, rehabilitation, housing and related services in central Massachusetts. Community Healthlink s programs and services include homeless outreach and advocacy project, primary care, case management, transitional and permanent housing, emergency medical services, homeless emergency assessment and response team programs, referrals, and food services. It also offers various outpatient and inpatients services, court programs, adult rehabilitation and children's services.
