Beware of this scam artist. This oil service is almost never in the office and never returns calls. They rely on an answering service. At the moment I am being sent bills and harassed via voice mail while working over a bill that simply isn't mine. I discontinued automatic delivery in March 2015 and moved out of my duplex in June 2015. The new tenants have had several delivery's since July 2015 are billing their oil to my account. JA Phaneuf Oil services claims I am responsible because I never discontinued automatic delivery (which I did) and because the address is in my name.
