        Overall

        The manager is very rude. I asked 1 question and instead of answering it a simple yes or no, she commented “well, you gotta know what you’re doing” along with other snide remarks, nothing to actually help me. Her poor customer service will definitely ensure that I will always go out of my way to go to Salon Centrics. She’s sad.
