Have 2 persian cats who caught a terrible cold. Doctor listened to me and paid great attention to the cats as well before determining his plan of action. A few days after the visit received a follow up call from the receptionist who seemed to remember my cats very well. When more medicine was required doctor willingly called in medicine for me versus making me pay for additional visits. Very accomodating group that provides excellent care for animals. Will use this office for all of my veterinary needs.
