I talked with someone who said her name is Molly. She told me she had to have any previous records before she could make an appointment for me. I took the records by and the lady at the desk said that Molly was at lunch and she would see that she got them. I called the next day and left a message to call me so I could make an appointment. I didn't get a call from anyone although I called and left my number 5 more times. After I called the last time a lady named Patsy answered and I told her that I had been trying to get an appointment so she put me on hold for Molly. She made no apologies; she just put me on hold. Molly came on the line and told me I was supposed to send my records. I explained that I left them there at the office. She said she never got them. After telling her that she had to have them because the lady that took them in had pointed out Molly's desk and said that she would see that she got them. She then said that they had already made me an appointment. I said that I didn't know anything about it. Molly put me on hold and when she came back she told me that the doctor had my file. She said that I had to get approval for the visit from the doctor. I told her to send my originals back to me. She then told me that she would tell the doctor I didn't want an appointment. I finally gave up and said that I would go somewhere else. I was disappointed to not get an appointment but at this point I am just hop ok ng to get my records back.

I have been going to Bridgemill Neurological Associates for the past 5 years for chronic migraines. When I started going, I was getting debilitating migraines multiple times a week, needless to say they were seriously effecting my life. The doctors at BN were able to get my migraines under control and managed, I have not had one in almost a year. My sister also has had the same migraine issue and is currently also a very satisfied patient. Until my grandmother recently passed away, she was also a patient. She had Alzheimer's and while there is no cure, they were able to make her last months more comfortable, help with her appetite and were very patient and caring with both her, and my grandfather. BN has gone above and beyond in their efforts to reschedule appoints and send paper work as needed for our family. I couldn't say enough positive things about this group of people

I haven't been here yet and will write another review once I have been. The stage was incredibly polite and professional when setting up my appointment, and went out of their way to get me in. The other review makes it sound as if she may have some issues that this office doesn't deal with. If I had been a patient for five years that must mean I like them. If they drop me, I probably need to look in the mirror at my own actions. Unless the reason being that they feel like my issues are beyond their expertise. I wouldn't get on the internet and blast a medical office for something that I am admitting to wrongdoing "slipping" and wanting them to look the other way. Wow.

I have no seen BridgeMill Neurological and found them to be very professional, helpful and friendly. My wait time was less than other neuro's I have seen. The location is great and close to my home too!

After being a patient of BridgeMill's for over 5 years, on the surface I thought I was receiving good care. After all, what is there to prescribing a pill for Epilepsy. But then things changed when I needed BM's help for more than just 6 month Rx refill's. Suddenly I found myself in need of another type of medical assistance regarding medical equipment requiring paperwork and a prescription. Both arrived to the provider incorrectly and in such an untimely manner that they finally dropped me. Then, the very same staff member, who sits in an open bull pen cubicle area, alongside other staff members, well within ear shot of each other made unfounded comments to me over the phone to me of a very private health issue, completely unrelated to neurology which other than a few slips had been under control for 30 years. She then insisted, although I pleaded with her not to, sent a report to another doctor regarding that issue which could, and I'm sure was probably taken completely out of context. And that is only a portion of what what went on. The worst part is that her supervisor, when I wrote and sent a duplicate Email to my doctor explaining what had happened to my doctor, there was never, after several months, a response. So, I decided I would have to get another doctor and wanted to see what was was written in my records. My advise, be very, very careful what you share in that office.
