Very unreliable. We contacted them for installing some flooring. They were delayed in getting back to us, but seemed pleasant enough upon speaking to them. We cleared out all the furniture in our living room the night before they were coming. Then we get a call that they can't make it, but will be there the following day. No call back. No show. No returned calls or messages on either day. We found someone else- you should too.

I had a major leak in my roof from all of the rain. Apparently it's been leaking a long time and rotted out supports in my ceiling. I called Tri-State during the last big rain storm because water was dripping really fast in my master closet. Bryan came out DURING the rain storm and put a tarp on my roof to stop the rain from getting in and ruining everything in my closet. The next day he found where the rain was getting in on the roof, fixed the rotted out part of my roof and reshingled so it looks as if there was never any repair made!
I have to say that I am glad I found this company because I don't know of any other company (not that I've heard of at least) or even person that would come out in the midst of a massive rain storm and climb on my roof and put up a tarp to stop the rain from getting in.
Another thing is that the pricing is phenomenal. He isn't trying to rip me off like other companies have done in the past. I was totally surprised when he told me that he was giving me a discount because my husband is overseas serving in the military.

Company as a whole is very professional honest and fairly priced. The owner is the one who does the estimates and pricing. The gents that where here with him the day of my tile and Insulation work also very top top notch. Thanks for being a honest local company with multiple payment options. After dealing with them they will be our first call for all our up coming projects. You get what you pay for and our money was well spent.

I used this co. In the past and the work was adequate. I had him paint my ceiling and he got paint on my$80 winter jacket. And recently wood floors and on my ceiling fan. He noticed 2 hole in the ceiling and said he would be back. He never showed and I had to do it myself. We agreed on a price for my landscape work. He was to show up on a certain day and gave excuses on why he couldnt be there. After a week still no show. I had to let him go. He also promised to cut down trees for me and take the wood. He never showed. He's full of excuses never on time and shows up late.
