Dr. Kaufman and his entire team are dedicated to providing you with the personalized, quality dental care that you deserve. Dr. Bert Kaufman completed four years of dental school, receiving a DDS degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1982. He completed a General Practice Hospital Dentistry Residency Program at the Veterans Administration, West Los Angeles Medical Center, followed by a two year residency in Advanced Prosthodontics. Dr Kaufman returned to UCLA for an additional residency program in Maxillofacial Prosthetics. Dr. Kaufman is a trained maxillofacial prosthodontist, specializing in the esthetic restoration and replacement of teeth. He also specializes in the care of head and neck trauma and cancer patients. He now teaches post-graduate courses in crown and bridgework and sleep apnea treatment at the Veterans Administration West Los Angeles Medical Center.
