DG Electric

Dan called me at 2pm on Monday (merely 2 hours before our 4pm appointment) to tell me that he would not show up because he had another client that was more important than me. He then told me that the earliest he could get out to my tenant's home would be on Thursday or Friday, but he wasn't sure. My tenants have been without power in their bedrooms since Saturday and I told them I had scheduled an electrician to come out as early as possible on Monday. Now I have to go back to my tenants and tell them to wait even longer, which doesn't make me look good in their eyes. Dan has not only tarnished his reputation with me, but he has also forced me to tarnish my reputation with my tenants. I asked Dan not to call me back. I will be finding another electrician.
