        Overall

        Family health care network is THE WORST place to go to. They had me on hold for over 20 minutes! The phone call said i was caller number 2, and after waiting 20 minutes i called on my home phone, they said i was caller number 1, 15 minute wait and STILL no answer on the 2nd or 1st line. No professionalism here or respect for clientele, i need to switch Dr's soon. Worst place ever.
