It took almost 3 years to settle. That is quite a long time but I got a favorable outcome and was satisfied with all the folks that helped me

So far all has been great. They came to me to discuss my case and sign contract. I retained them about 2 years ago. I had to have a cervical fusion 01/12/12. It has been a difficult recovery time, but now we are ready to move towards settlement. Now is the time I will see how things are handled. Nic Recert has been great and seems to be very knowledgable of the law and processes. Nic generally will call me back w/in 24 hours, I know I am not there only client, but thy really don't treat me like that either. I will keep you posted
