This review is long overdue!! Needed a huge and complete overhaul of my septic system 4 years ago. After meeting with several septic professionals, my wife and I decided that Scott was the right choice. Knowing little to zero about septic systems, at first we felt like we were being raked over the coals by the price quotes that we received. That was until we met with Scott. I'm not saying he was the absolute lowest price, but damn close to it. When choosing a lower price, one would expect less service or inferior work. Not even close with Highlander!! His work was spot on, yard is now immaculate after his grass seeding and his follow up service has been second to none. He has also added a 150 foot curtain drain and dry well for us and the work and price were great!! I have two words for Scott and his company, HONESTY AND INTEGRITY!! Be sure to get a quote from Highlander before you decide to replace your septic system, as I'm grateful I did.

I agree completely with what WRITER-JOE says about Scott, of Highlander Services. He is an honest, professional, friendly guy. He returned my initial call within 12 hours, and was great about answering questions I had about my septic system, and its maintenance. He had quoted me a price based on the likelihood that I had a 1000 gallon septic tank. When he discovered that my tank was only 750 gallons, he charged me 25% less! I wouldn't have minded paying the price of the original estimate, but because of Scott's honesty and integrity, I saved some money. I wish all businesses operated like Highlander Services. I plan on having Scott return next summer to do some grating and excavation work. He does much more than just pump-outs, and can solve a lot of problems related to septic systems, including tank replacements, leach field construction, and drainage issues. Scott is totally pro, and pleasant to deal with. A+

Highlander Services replaced our septic tank, a job complicated by a hard-to-access area and soft ground. Scott, owner of the company, did an outstanding job in preliminary planning and execution of the entire job, from excavation to re-seeing the grass, and all in five days.



Not only was the workmanship outstanding but so was his timely communication and friendly, courteous demeanor. We highly recommend Highland Services for any septic tank related work or excavation needs.



In a nutshell: professional, meticulous, creative problem-solver, knowledgeable, experienced, and personable. It doesn't get any better than this.
