Tacketts Mill Car Wash

We have been going to this car wash for several years, and the drive through wash is friendly to our cars and trucks. I have a few collector cars, and they are always willing to hand wash and wax my cars for a fair price. I have always been very pleased with the work, and the prices are very fair.

after a week of purchasing my car which was scratch free I came to this place. The car got scratched all around and once brought to the managers attention all they suggested was to pay $150 for a waxing job. Not a place to get your cash washed.

NOT recommended. This car wash does not do a very good job of vacuuming the inside at all. After pointing out what needed to b vacuumed again, I drove back around, but they still did not get the same spots I pointed out. The order taker did not point out to the issues to those vacuuming. They also do a poor job of wiping down the outside of the vehicle including sideview mirrors and windows.

I am devastated. My car is now at the dealer having almost $6,000 in repairs done after I had my Acura TL "detailed" by Tacketts Mill Car Wash. When I came to pick up my car it was covered with bleach stains on the carpet and leather. My leather was literally ripped open and falling apart because it was so saturated with chemical. The car was soaking wet and full of water. The seats and carpet are damaged so badly everything has to be replaced. I stood there crying and in disbelief when I arrived to pick my car up and they acted as if nothing happened. The Man I spoke with told my he was the owner, he offered to give me a refund of the amount charged $140.00 and wanted me to go home with my car destroyed. I was yelled at and treated awful. I was told by the owner that he is a victim because The car seats are bad quality. This car wash is horrifying. They haven't even attempted to contact me since the day this all happened almost 5 days ago.... I am disgusted. The man who 'cleaned' my car actually admitted to me that he used household cleaning agent on my leather. Never again.

3rd time in a row at was not cleaned properly.

Car was cleaned thoroughly inside and out. The best detailed cleaning I have had in a long time. I needed it to be super clean since I was bringing to CarMax to sell and it helped me get top dollar.

I waited too long, in my opinion, for service. When the guys opened my doors to vacuum, they started asking me if I was single, what I did for a living...made me wonder how that was any business of theirs. My rear bumper was scratched and they did NOT wipe my interior windows. When I got in my truck, I could still see my dog's nose print on the rear window, so I spoke up and said something. The "manager" denied any sort of scratch and refused to have them re-clean my windows. I was so mad that I got into my car and closed the door. He came right up to my door, opened it and continued with a debate that I was clearly done with. I had to slam the door closed and lock it as he tried to open it again. I will NOT return. The men that work there are disrespectful, unprofessional, and don't do a good job. Save your money and go somewhere else instead.

got the VIP Package: "Very Inferior Performance". As you can see by the pictures they left bugs and other dirt all over my brand new truck. They also left a gallon of soap in the bed in my truck. This place claimes to be the best car wash around and I bought into it. I was not impressed as soon as I arrived. Its very small and looked more like a gas station car wash rather than the bigger elite ones like Flagship Car wash, who I will go back too after this experience. My interior did not fare much better. I still have debris in the floor boards that was suppoed to be vaccumed. I also had dust on my dash. REFUND PLEASE

All I can say is that my car was gray this morning, and is now back to white. And the inside which hadn't been vacuumed in many moons now feels nice and clean again. Yay!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The quality of service has gone completely since the current management took over. I went to get my car washed today and when it was moved to be dried and the windows cleaned. It sat unattended while the staff did the next 4 cars that came out. When I made a complaint the owner argued with me and said it had been done. When I told him I wanted it rewashed because everything had dried on the outside, he said it didn't need it. My total bill was $30.45. My windows were not done and the water and soap had dried in the sun. My family and I have been going here for 15 years. Today was the last time. Do not go here, you've been warned.

When the car makes it through the wash, the guys putting the finishing touches on its cleaning do a great job. No rushing here, even if there is a line of cars waiting to be done.

One of the nicest, most professional car washes I ve ever had. They charge a bit much, but you get what you pay for.

The price is competitive with others in the area I've tried. Definitely get a lot for what you pay. The quality service is top notch and the people are honest and I highly recommend them.

Excellent Service I was sternly anxious concerning my vehicle, as it was dented by the accident preceding month .My car lost its novel exquisiteness and shine after that .I spent lot of time researching for the best car wash which could be flawlessly suitable for my car but I was able to find out the best. And finally, my girlfriend recommended the Tacketts mill car wash where she has been washing her car for more than a year. I was skeptical about their work initially, as I had heard people complaining about them. However, when they detailed my car, even I couldn't believe that it was my car. It was perfect and I felt like my car was still in the showroom. Also, I discovered that, now the new management had taken over the Car Wash and by looking at my car I felt they are really doing their best .I was really impressed by the owner as well as the employees who were comfortable and friendly towards me. After driving cross country my car was smelling awful! I pointed out the trouble spots and the team at Tacketts Mill went to work and did a fantastic job!!
