May Hettler & Associates

Overall I really have enjoyed this convenient optometry office, located close to home. The staff, sales associates handling glasses and all Dr's are competent, friendly and excellent in customer service.



There is one huge liability in the practice and that is partner/dr. David H. Hettler. He is very competent in his knowledge of his specialized areas, but he is outright inappropriate and straight out abusive in his treatment of me (I assume many other patients as well) and all who were there assisting that day. He needs serious attention and help to continue working with patients and staff alike. He does not adhere to the value of treating others with respect and has no clue of what true customer service means; in fact in stead he is touch and moody and all about him. Very controlling and should not be allowed alone with any patient or staff member. At points it didn't matter the whole place could here is abuse of the assistant that day and myself.
