Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ordered inside tonight and was very disappointed. I arrived home to discover that my chicken strip basket was missing the toast, so I called to see what the store wanted to do to correct the issue. They informed me that I would need to bring the food back to have it corrected. I live in South Roxana, not right around the corner. I explained that I would be bringing all items back that were ordered for myself and the person answering the phone seemed very put out about this fact. I made the trip back to have my food corrected. Yes, they made toast for my basket, but when I returned home it was very obvious that the rest of the chicken strip basket was not fresh, simply dumped into a new box. Upon inspecting the rest of the food I discovered that the double cheeseburger had been microwaved and I'm really not sure about the potato skins. Considering the amount of staff working I find it difficult to understand why it is my food was not simply made fresh.

My family and I have moved alot.....weve ate at alot of Dq's however these days it's usually our last pick because they are allways dirty and not very good food. We went to this one after work one night it was kinda our last pick after driving around undecided so we went for it....Glad we did it was extremly clean!!!! Even the employees were clean! lol The food was great! You wont be dissaponited if you go there! I am like blown away by how this place was! Good Job Woodriver Dairy Queen!!
