Very poor customer service. Was told furniture should be in in 3 weeks, shows up after 5 weeks. Was told that it was loaded and that it should be in by that Thursday Friday, called Saturday and it hadn't even loaded yet. Got in about a week later, was sitting on the floor for 2 weeks because we believed them and got rid of our furniture to make room. Delivery guys scuffed and nicked the furniture. Scheduled a time for someone to inspect it. They never showed up. Showed up 3 days later, was the same guys that delivery. One was ok the other was a total a**, rude and saying comments like we did it to our own couch. No apologize, no replacement, no refund, but they did offer a discount on our next purchase. Except I'm never shopping there again. Have heard several stories about late deliveries and damaged furniture. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
