        Overall

        This supposed "owner" of this business has absolutely no clue how to treat a customer. They couldn't even take my order without a 2 week delay, and they didn't even care enough to make sure it was correct. Then, when asked to fix it, I got nothing but a screaming lunatic refusing to take responsibility for their incompetence! STAY AWAY FROM CT ESPRESSO!
