The Employment Store provides 3 primary services for our customers: Contract, Contract2Hire, and DirectHire. Contract Staffing: This service is more commonly known as temporary staffing. We feel the word temporary has a negative connotation that does not accurately capture the types of clients we service. Our clients use our Contract Staffing Services to assist with staffing business fluctuations, staff shortages, disability coverage, seasonal spikes or new product releases. Contract2Hire: This is our most popular or most commonly used service offering. Under this service clients have the luxury of full recruiting and screening. However, in this service we provide the potential permanent hire to our client on a temporary "Contract" period generally between 3 and 4 months. During this period the employee can be further evaluated, our fees are amortized and your firm is also shielded from significant employment liabilities. DirectHire: In some cases Contract2Hire is not an option. Some reasons why Contract2Hire would not be an option: the candidate pool that we are trying to attract simply will not consider Contract2Hire or there are regulatory or liability reasons why DirectHire is the only possible mechanism for hiring these new employees. In these cases our team completes all points of our Five Point Plan and then our clients "directly" hire the recruits.
